Self Observation Meditation

Meditation is about taking time to observe how you’re feeling. There is no goal. No place to reach. No calm state to achieve. Just observing where you are in the moment. Here is a 2-3’ meditation to do just that.

Put on some relaxing instrumental music.

Breathe, Inhale exhale deep and slow

Observe self: Are you in a stressful state?

Or are you in a beautiful state?

Are you engaging with past or future?

Or are you in the future?

Observe yourself: Are you preoccupied with self or in a state of connection?

Just observe. Don’t try to change anything.

Imagine a flame glowing in the middle of your forehead.

With a gentle smile on your face, open your eyes.
