How it works
Coaching sessions are open, flexible and focused on whatever you’re bringing to each session is discussed within the framework of the vision you have for self and life. In this way, sessions are always current, relevant and apply to exactly what would make the most difference in your life, TODAY!
The Coaching Agreement
After coming for the initial coaching session, a coaching agreement is discussed to set a structure of the interactions. You will set the frequency and length of future sessions on your availability and urgency to move forward. Most clients choose to meet at least twice per month to maintain momentum and focus on their vision.
The pace and Frequency of Sessions
Each client will have their own unique experience with coaching and healing. Depending on what comes up as a core issue or habitual pattern, will depend person to person. The intensity of the results often depends on the willingness for clients to see change and feel different.
Commit & Action
At the end of each session action points will be outlined by you, the client. These will be what you have said would be the best action steps to work towards.... Change does not happen without action. A sense of commitment to self and the journey bears fruit.
