How often do I meet my coach?
Generally speaking, 2 sessions per month keep the pace of transformation alive and active. Sessions are set to meet your needs.
How Long Is the coaching relationship For?
The coaching relationship is built on constant growth, so this relationship never goes old. Many clients retain a coach for a long period of time or check in as the changes of life emerge.
What and when do I see benefits?
Clients experience relief and benefits at each session. The most common result of sessions which is shared is, ‘I feel much lighter.’
